Who I am
I'm Isuru Devinda — a Senior Mobile App Developer based in Sri Lanka, working remotely with teams across the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Dubai, India, Malaysia, Singapore, and local clients.
For the last 7+ years I've focused on shipping real products: Flutter and React Native apps that go live on the App Store and Play Store, plus the marketing websites and admin systems that keep those businesses running day to day.
I usually own the mobile track end to end — architecture, UI, API integration, QA handoff, and store releases — and often stay involved through companion web and ops dashboards when the product needs more than an app alone.
In Canada I work closely with Dr. Sumedha Kushwaha and GIPHI on public-health products such as START (quit tobacco). Across hospitality and retail I've also built booking sites and operations panels for teams that need tools staff actually use.

Problem
Tobacco cessation fails when support is one-off. Users needed a daily habit loop — tracking, motivation, and community — that felt personal without requiring a clinical visit every time they slipped.

Solution
Working closely with Dr. Sumedha Kushwaha (GIPHI, Canada), I built START as a Flutter app with habit tracking, personalized tips, and community support wired to a Laravel backend — calm UI, streak continuity, and synchronized iOS/Android releases.
